Signature Contingent Management is a complete talent solutions company. Providing both staffing and MSP Programs, and Vendor Management Services. We specialize in the temporary or permanent placement of Light Industrial, Call Center/Customer Service, Hospitality, Facilties, IT, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Administrative Support, Professional, Management and Medical.

Signature Contingent Management started in 2017. It was established to build a model of the Managed Service Program that solves the concerns that both clients and suppliers have with the current MSP model. We have listened to the frustrations of both the client and the suppliers to bring an innovative approach to the MSP.
As more and more companies move towards the MSP model we have made their decision an easy one with our approach. 

What makes us different?

  • MSP Onsite Representation 
    • No other MSP is offering this needed service. The frustration companies have with MSP's is that the client is left to deal with the employees of multiple vendors. With our approach we have an Onsite Representative when our employees arrive everyday to handle time keeping and employee relation issues so our client does not have to.
  • Phone App
    • ​We understand the challenges  managers face when working in fast pace work environments. Sometimes getting emails out is a task. We make it easy with our phone app. Our clients can easily request employees, send and approve time, release employees, or simply send us a message. Our app is on both Android and Iphone. 
  • We See Every Worker 
    • As an MSP we will not send a worker to our client that we have not met with or seen. We complete Workforce Etiquette training with all employees prior to starting them with a client.  In a study we completed, clients have complained about MSP's sending workers they have not seen or met with. Our model takes away that concern completely.
  • Supplier Transportation
    • This is another service that no other MSP is providing. Some of our clients are in hard to reach areas where transportation is a problem. We offer transportation to and from our client's location to our suppliers' employees.
  • MBE Focused
    • It is our desire as a company to help other Minority and Small Businesses thrive. Therefore, our model focuses on building minority companies and growing small businesses. The United States Department of Commerce is backing the Minority Business Development Agency to offer tax incentives to our potential clients. Our MBE focus helps large clients meet their diversity spend requirements. Meeting those requirements assists in getting tax cuts to their business and at the same time build revenue dollars for minorities and small businesses.
  • Quarterly to Yearly Supplier Rotation
    • Unlike many other MSP's, we keep a continuous flow of suppliers. We update our suppliers quarterly or yearly depending on the client's agreement giving other Suppliers an opportunity to grow and build revenue.

 Signature Contingent Management has been nominated 4 years in a row for MBE Supplier of the Year and 4 Years in a row for MBE Advocate of the Year with the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council because of their proven track record of MBE Staffing Supplier Engagement through its MSP program where 100% of their Teir 1 Suppliers are MBE. ​
