Our response to COVID-19...
As a valued client and partner of Signature Contingent Management, we wanted to take this opportunity to apprise you of our efforts with respect to the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.
Our temporary workers’ safety and well-being is paramount to us, as is the safety and well-being of your employees. Therefore, Per the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we have advised our temporary employees about how to take care of themselves, protect others, and monitor the latest developments.
What Can They Do to Protect Themselves and Others?
What Extra Measures are We Taking?
We also have encouraged our temporary workers to keep up-to-date on developments by visiting the About Coronavirus Disease 2019 and CDC’s Frequently Asked Questions and Answers webpages.
We trust that you are advising your employees similarly and that you will apply the same safety policies and procedures to Signature Contingent Management’s temporary workers that you apply to your own employees.
Please note that Signature Contingent Management is considered an Essential Business according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security due to our essential business clientele, so we stand ready to assist you in navigating through this public health challenge and furthering the well-being of all employees.
Additionally, on March 17, 2020, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued an update to its guidance that now expressly acknowledges that employers may implement temperature screening measures in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic
