Nationwide Suppliers

Our supplier partnerships extend nationwide. This allows us to have consistency throughout our entire workforce program.

What is the process?
 
  1. Client calls, emails, or inputs into to VMS tool a work order request for their staffing need.
  2. MSP receives staffing request then releases the work order request to it’s suppliers
  3. Suppliers have 24 hours to submit a qualified candidate to the work order request using the VMS tool.
  4. MSP will receive the submission, review the candidate and either move to orientation, or pass the candidate to the next stage. (Some Client may request to interview)
  5. If candidate is hired, the supplier will be notified via the VMS tool. Candidate must go to orientation before starting at client.
  6. Once candidate is fully onboarded, the work order is filled.
 
Is this free?
No, as an MSP we charge a VMS/MSP tool fee which is 3% of billable hours. 
 
Hours?
Depending on the client site hours will be inputted by time clock or by client. You will be able to log into the tool and view the approved time.
 
Invoicing?
There is no need to invoice us. Our VMS tool will calculate the invoice and you will be able log in every week to see the invoice.
 
Payments?
Once the client has paid the Invoice, you will receive payment via ACH, minus our 3% MSP/VMS fee.
